Order process

You may already have decided which trimmings are suitable for your particular scheme, in which case we can process your order straight away. However, if you require information on other suitable designs or have any technical enquiries, we will be delighted to help.


As part of our service, we can supply samples, together with photographs and e-mail images. You may also refer to our Style Book and display boards, which show a wide range of designs to choose from.

When ordering, please provide a fabric cutting for colour matching. If required, we can supply yarn samples for colour matching.

We need the specification details to include size, quantity and colour distribution. In the meantime we will provide a quotation and estimated delivery time, which is usually between 4 and 6 weeks.

Finally, we will send an order confirmation for you to approve the specification details before instructing our workshops to begin production.
